How long does laundry take?
- Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours for everyday laundry. Bulky items like duvets, blankets and specialty garments may take slightly longer — we confirm exact timing when you book.
Do you offer same-day service?
- Yes, same-day service is available on request depending on load size and drop-off time. Message us on WhatsApp early in the day to confirm availability.
Do you collect and deliver?
- Yes. We collect and deliver across Adams Mission, Amanzimtoti and surrounding areas. Just message us on WhatsApp with your address and preferred time.
Can you remove stains?
- We do our best on every stain using professional treatments, but complete removal cannot be guaranteed — stains are processed at the customer's own risk. Tell us about any stains when you book so we can pre-treat them.
Do you clean duvets and blankets?
- Yes — duvets from R60 and blankets from R60 depending on size and material. All bedding is deep-cleaned and returned fresh.
Do you clean wedding dresses?
- Yes. Wedding gown cleaning is a flat R150 and handled with the care such a special garment deserves.
Can businesses open accounts?
- Absolutely. We work with hotels, guesthouses, Airbnbs, restaurants, spas, salons, gyms and clinics on recurring accounts with agreed pricing and schedules. Request a commercial quote on WhatsApp.
